Bill processing: We are excited to be on track to launch our new claims management system. This new platform is a best-in-class medical bill processing software that will automate several of our internal processes to increase our efficiency in serving both members and providers.
ShareBox: Continue logging into your ShareBox to submit bills as you normally would. You won’t see any updates or status changes to bills but be assured that we are still processing bills as quickly as possible and are receiving the bills you are submitting. As we prepare to launch the new Member Care Portal, we will let you know of any process changes.
