You are required, at minimum, to communicate with your coach once a month. More communication may be necessary depending on your individual health profile. You are encouraged to communicate with your coach as often as you feel necessary. You will receive tips, encouragement, support, and even recipes for adjustments to your daily diet. This program is designed for you.
